Cancellation Policy

Policies & Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payment Your place at the Retreat is confirmed once the required payment has been received. By completing your booking, you agree to these Policies & Terms & Conditions. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy If you need to cancel your participation, the following refund policy applies: - More than 3 months before the retreat: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. - Less than 3 months before the retreat: No refund will be provided. The cancellation date is the date on which written cancellation is received by the organizer. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, travel disruption, and other unforeseen circumstances. 3. Transfer of Booking If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another person. Any transfer must be approved by the organizer in advance and the replacement participant must meet all applicable requirements. Any additional costs resulting from the transfer are the responsibility of the participant. 4. Changes to the Retreat The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, activities, instructors, accommodation, or program if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, operational reasons, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control. Participants will be informed of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible. 5. Cancellation by the Organizer In exceptional circumstances, the organizer may need to cancel the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be informed and the organizer will determine an appropriate refund or alternative solution depending on the circumstances. The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, such as flights, travel arrangements, visas, or other personal expenses. 6. Travel & Transportation Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from Mallorca unless explicitly stated otherwise in the retreat package. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have all required travel documents, identification, visas, and travel insurance. The organizer is not responsible for missed flights, delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or other travel-related disruptions. 7. Accommodation Accommodation included in the retreat package will be provided according to the details stated in the booking information.
